Founded in 1954, Family Services of Westchester offers a broad range of social and mental health services to strengthen and support families, children, and individuals at every stage of the life cycle, from infancy to adulthood. A staff of more than 450 professionals and paraprofessionals includes Master’s level social workers; psychiatrists; clinical psychologists; child care workers; nurses; certified home health aides; multi-lingual clinicians; peer counselors and early childhood educators. FSW offers a broad range of innovative programs custom designed to meet particular needs of children, teens, adults, and the elderly through our six Family Centers. In collaboration with the AARP Foundation, FS Works uses the WorkSearch Assessment System, a unique easy-to-use tool that helps mature job seekers select the right job based on interests, pertinent experience, and skills.
